About DC Leisure DC Leisure (DCL) specialises in the development and management of leisure facilities in partnership with local authorities throughout the UK. We develop dynamic and responsive partnerships with Council clients to optimise the performance of public leisure centres so that they can better serve their local community and achieve both economic and social objectives. Ultimately our goal is: More People, More Active, More Often A leader in its field, DCL has a 13 year track record of achievement, identifying issues and implementing improvements of real worth for its customers across its 118 sites and 30 clients across a diverse range of leisure amenities in a variety of contexts, both urban and rural.
