At kinetika we can offer you a range of activities to improve your health and fitness using a variety of facilities. Group Workout Classes All of our kinetika gyms offer a programme of weekly classes working different parts of the body for all ages and ability levels. The majority of our Centres offer a range of Body Training System (BTS) classes including Body Pump, Body Combat, Body Jam and Body Balance. Fitness Courses We offer a range of fitness courses focussing on specific parts of the body: Ab Attack – These motivating sessions are designed to strengthen and shape your stomach by focusing on your abdominal muscles and will help you to feel great! Core Fit – This fantastic 4 week course tones your stomach and back muscles and will help you to improve your posture whilst making your workouts more fun.
